What areas do you serve?

Delivery, setup and take down is included within a 25 mile radius of Wilmington, NC. A travel fee will be charged to bring the experience outside of our service area.

Do you set up at campgrounds or the beach?

We are able to set up at our local KOA Campground. You make the reservation and we’ll set it up for you.

We can not legally setup the tents overnight on the beach.

How much space do I need for the tent?

We need at least 13ftx13ft of grass/dirt for the 4M tent AND an additional 5ft around the base for support ropes.

Our 5M tent is 16ftx16ft and requires 5ft around the base for support ropes.

Do you offer discounts for multiple nights?

Yes we do provide a multiple night discount. Add-ons are also included at no additional cost for 2+ nights.

When do you set up/take down?

We will set up between 10am-1pm. “Check out” the following morning is 10am but no later than 3pm. Depending on various factors, we set up and take down between 10am-3pm. We will send you a text the day of your booking with an ETA.

Is there anything I need to do before setup?

For the outdoor bell tents: please make sure the setup space is free of pet waste and anthills

For the indoor Glamp IN: please move all furniture from the setup space.
